that you can do! Legally it is YOUR alcohol, and if they will accept about 10 bucks Australian a bottle as graft, that is about the maximum you should pay. If they want more, tip it down the drain (loo, sink etc) like I have offered to do many times. About 1/3 of a bottle usually gets the grub to accept the 10 bucks! It has worked in Bali and Jakarta so far. Staff parties are a very high priority at many customs check points in some areas.
