really liked your informative and helpful report so good to see some more brave forumites saying it how bali is good and bad it helps others who havent been before and myself a many timer who likes to learn more.Sad to say the last couple of years again have allowed some ugly aussies to feel comfortable to return to bali they show no respect for the culture, other tourists or the island in general of bali.It seems the only thing that attracts them to bali is many many bintangs,lots of cheap shopping and treating the balinese like they have no brains.Im over the ugly aussies I hope they find somewhere else they can go in the world to party and act like morans on the planes and in the streets, if the balinese have changed over the years I can see why! Recently sitting with some friends of mine young balinese boys who treat me with great respect I was appalled when they were slinging off at people walking by with things they had learnt from aussies makes you wonder what we are really bringing to these people?
