Don't go in and around Ramadan as it does get busy.
We where in Lovina last year and there was 3-4 rooms in hotel being used that night, the next day you could not get a room in all of Lovina.
The trip back to Kuta seemed to take for-ever.
Traffic in Kuta hetic to the point is was quicker walking speically at night and a lot of shops closed as they go back home to there families.
Weather good though lol.
