Hi, someone can probably offer more info but all I can say is that we stayed there in May with a 14mth old and I'm pretty sure it was just a standard room and it was plenty big enough, we could have got several cots in there (cot they provided was very nice too). All I can remember sorry is that we walked to the end of the walkway past the pool, turned right and the room was down there on the right. The other rooms you're talking about may be down some quite steep steps that were in front of our room??? Depends if you want to deal with steps. We were able to push a stroller to our room. No high chair here so had to take the pram or I had a 'bubba moe' sling that I wrapped around him as a kind of harness to keep in the chair. Did like the hotel and would stay there again.
