Pretty difficult (especially near the top where it's very rocky), time it takes depends on where you start your climb, a guide is necessary.
Do some training before you attempt. Proper climbing shoes and clothes will help a lot.
Try Gunung Batur before Gunung Agung to see how you go.
No I haven't climbed Agung, only Batur but have spoken to someone who has climbed Agung.
