Hi Tina, I've asked this question and have been told the place near Makro has reopened but only sells in bulk. Nobody has been able to tell me the name of the place next to the Bintang. Apparently, the Gourmet Garage gives good prices on bulk purchases. They have a web site. I've emailed asking if they have a price list - but no response. There's probably a fax number on the web site so will try that.
