A friend's son is getting married in Bali in March and its her responsibility to supply the alcohol. They are expecting 80 guests.
Is the wholesale outlet just past Makro open again?
Any other suggestions?
Can you buy bulk from the liquor outlet beside Bintang Supermarket?
What local brands of spirits are there for mixers?
They are planning on buying Baileys, vodka, maybe gin, scotch, some wine, maybe sparkling wine, small Bintangs.....
They also require a good recipe for alcoholic and non-alcoholic punch.
It would be terrific if some of the planning can be done from this end, eg email addresses for bulk outlets??
All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
