- a Bluebird or any other sort of taxi except the local ones (gold?) to stop and pick you up within the Nusa Dua enclave. There is (was) an exclusive contract which allowed only the one local company to work the streets.
There is no problem getting Bluebirds or others to take you IN to Nusa Dua.
One option is to walk out of the enclave to Bualu markets (which are quite good) or Tanjung Benoa and then hail any taxi.
