taxi fares back & forth from Nusa Dua?

Leaving on 25th Jan from Perth 9am flight. yea 10 more sleeps....
Can someone please tell me how much are taxi fares to and from Nusa Dua into Kuta area? Will bluebird taxis still use meters for this trip? Thanks
