A few years ago myself and another couple arrived at the GVC and were told that they had no record of our bookings. They arranged rooms for us at a 1* hotel in Kuta for the first night. The next morning we were picked up and taken back to the GVC, they had managed to arrange rooms for us. The kicker was that we were picked up from the airport in the GVC vehicle (so they must of had our bookings). I have never been back and never will!
