A couple of times friends have had their Balinese friends stay here in Brisbane and they loved just being here as well as doing most of those things metoned so far. Interesting though, they struggled with travelling in a car. They felt uncomfortable with the speed and suffered a bit of travel sickness. Not used to it i guess.
