Bullets in to Bali (Serious Q)

Yep that's right. A Friend of a Friend is in a Shooting competition in Bali and between the 10 of them they have about 50kg of bullets they need to bring with them. Anyone have any knowledge of the proceedures or where best to start Obviously not in their hand luggage...
