Not sure what your budget is, but we stayed at the Candi Beach Cottages last year and loved it. The staff were wonderful the view gorgeous and it was so quiet, we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. It is out of town, but most the restaurants offer free transport to and from and the hotel has a shuttle bus. The only stairs in the place is at the entrance as you go down into the hotel, so once you are there you don't have to climb stairs, unless your room is on second floor. We stayed in the Cottages which were lovely, clean and private.
