Spent 2 great weeks in Bali .Flew out of Port Hedland 22nd December ,actually left 20 minutes early ,quickest check in ever .From landing at BGH in 30 minutes .
As has been mentioned weather has been bloody wet but that didnt stop anyone ,the local traffic was biggest problem 3/4 hour from Centro to Padma ,a poor skinny dog actually passed us 4 times one day .
The two new pools at BGH are great but too small for Chrissie crowd and when we left yesterday the main pool was full but very dirty and swim up bar not finished so don't know how they can open pool while concreting etc still happening .
Best eats we found were Indo National ,had Xmas Lunch here and Kerry and Milton laid a great meal and good entertainment on .Ifioris opposite Centro ,Febris was great and cook loved their Spa ,
Drops was really nice and Ketaput (Spic) was so good too .Really interesting looking at old cooking implements and other goodies on display .The Beach Bar in Sanur was a great place for lunch and watching passing parade .Also enjoyed Pandan and Babek (Close handy when raining )
Back to reality yesterday arrived in Port Hedland 1/2 hour late due to catering problems ? Then Hostie asked for volunteers to miss out on bread roll and those that had them think they were left overs from morning markets .
Planning next trip in August one week in Sanur then three at BGH havn't worked out how many sleeps yet
