We have only used the service once (3 boxes)to send back goods from our bungalow (at the end of the lease)and a couple of other items we bought for the house here.
I don't think I'd use the service as an extra baggage type thing or on a regular basis.
As with any mail system (including registered mail here)things can & do go missing.
