Zen Villas was recently effected by the rains. A collegue of mine returned to work today to advise of the problems.
The Management of the Villas were very helpful and they were transferred I understand to the Hyatt.
The water in some parts was to hip height ( as described to me) but in his Villa the water reached the stair entrance, however the sewerage etc backed up - water etc coming back up into the wet areas.
I will prob be "flamed" for posting this, however, as I know a few BTF know the owners and certainly the Villas have great reviews. I have not been there myself or fully know the situation, so those in the know may like to shed some light on the "wet season' issues there.
