If the answer is no to the first and yes to the second question, my suggestion is Villa Cepik in Sideman. (Referred to by the owners as Alexandra and Julia house)
Villa Cepik has two unattached rooms maybe 3 metres in distance from each other. If you book both rooms you'll be the sole users of the pool.
The food is wonderful, the rooms are lovely, the view is breathtaking.
I don't know the price for 2008, but it's very possibly close to what your budget is.
