I recently moved a flight back a few days, after being issued with E tickets.
In Garuda Perth office, I was advised that there is no charge for changing a return (DPS - PER) flight date, but to change the PER - DPS leg there is a charge of $100 per ticket.
Fair enough.
However, a while ago I needed to delay departure from DPS, on the same ticketing arrangement as the above, and was charged 600K rp at Garuda in Kuta for this service.
It seems that there is a different set of rules, depending on whether you make the changes in Aus or in Bali??
Does anyone know if this fee that was charged in Kuta is legit, or just another contribution to a "family fund".
