Have you thought about a Villa perhaps - these come in all price brackets and can be a cheaper option in the long run than booking 3 rooms. Don't leave it till the last minute unless you are not fussy where you stay as the one you pick may be fully booked. We stayed at the Beach Melati Apartments and booked out 2 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 1 bedroom apartments for cheaper than the hotel we were staying in.
