They are doing well on their own with direct bookings, they don't really need the agents bookings from what I can see and don't care if the "odd" guest is unhappy. They are in a prime location, right price and so attract guests. KP was not suggested by Garuda Orient Holidays, I asked to stay there as I have stayed there many times previously. I will never stay there again however.
