I did lodge a complaint with Desi who stated she would speak to the Manager. I informed her of the staff accepting money and of this woman's behaviour and suggested they get a sign and enforce a rule re reserving lounges. Desi sad they were working on a sign. 2 weeks later they were still working on a sign. I told her that my sister had written of this event on the forum and that there was dissapointment this was happenning. Desi expressed she had read the posts however from what I know nothing has changed. My sister was there in November and there was no sign, there were still lounge hoggers, but she was lucky that there seemed to be always available chairs when she was there :) I also informed Roger at Garuda.
