Dengue in Bali in June

My wife and I are planning on traveling to Bali in June. There's a good chance she may be pregnant at the time. I've just become aware of the dengue issue. How prevalent is it? Mozzies seem to love her so I'm not sure what kind of prevention for bites we could take if she's preggers. Any suggestions/advice?
