I have flown with Garuda the last 4 time to Bali and on each flight we never had a problem. When time to land everyone had seatbelts on and chairs up and no walking around. Staff checked everything and everyone. NO PROBLEMS
As far as the hand luggage goes. I feel really bad and would probablly be classed as one of the people with excess hand luggage. Who has a backpack filled to the brim with my DVD's. And walk along trying to look as if i have nothing in it. Nearlly kills me carring it around at airport. JUST CARN'T SEEM TO HELP MYSELF with the EXCESS. Going to fly Business class next time so maybe i will be good as you can have another 10 kil's. Hope so.
