and especially on a public forum, that a licence is not required. It is as much a requirement in Indonesia as your own country, and as the situation is in your country, if no licence you pay the penalty, whatever that is.
And, by the way, what is the fee ? Rp50.000, Rp500.000, confiscated motor bike, a trip to Police Headquarters?.. all are possibilities!
