We'd only just arrived, and I can't remember the name. This mall was holding its first-year anniversary celebrations the day we were there. I know it's near the CBD, I know Garden forms part of its name, I know it's full of expensive designer shops, and I know the restaurant is on the ground floor, on the way to the car park. There's also an equally-expensive mall opposite it. Other than that I can't be of much help. I'll email my colleague and ask him; he's away on business right now, and he can also be annoyingly slow at answering his emails (if he does it at all). If he answers, I'll let you know.
I love Jakarta too, warts and all. But do tell me if there are any little peaceful pockets there, away from the traffic, noise and general clutter. It's easy to find quiet, serene places in Bali, but I get the impression these spots are non-existent in Jakarta. Is this the case?
