You just have to go more often. I know that's tough advice but you must just do it. Grit your teeth and just do it and you won't even need a spoonful of sugar to help this particular medicine go down. When we started going 3 or maybe 4 times a year what do you know? No upsets.
If anyone asks how the hell you can go so much you explain that you had compromised immunity and are building it up, for your health's sake.
I am thinking of approaching my health insurance company to make Bali trips claimable as preventive medicine, like weight loss etc.
