But I am a coward when it comes to hotel & restaurant buffets. I keep asking myself silly questions - like are the cold foods kept cold enough or the hot foods hot enough? And why are those awful adults coughing & sneezing over the food? Why do they allow their uncivilized brats to handle the food & then put it back?
I had a work colleague once, whose husband was leading chef in a leading hotel, and he would NEVER eat from a hotel or restaurant buffet. That made me feel a little bit better about myself
