Have to say my experience is different as far as eating out goes......invariably when I eat out with my husband he is ordering western food (steak, schnitzel, pasta etc etc) and I am the one ordering the Indonesian food.
And in answer to other poster's - yes there are divisions elsewhere as well (I am of Irish descent so know the Irish v English one well), but since when does that make it right? I personally try not to judge people by where they come from, but how they are as human beings.
