You will be totally exhausted if you try to do everything in 3 days. You will miss out on stuff, but why not just enjoy the 3 days you have? The driving can be exhausting even for experienced drivers, and from Sanur, you may get to one of the attractions you are looking at, however for items to buy, you can probably do just as well at Sindhu markets in Sanur, or just drive slowly up and down Jalan Tambligan and you will find anything from Bali that you want to find( well over 20 trips for us).
All you MUST do in Bali is sit at a beach side restaurant and watch the sun go down, there is nothing more unique to Bali than that!!
