CDMA, the sponsorship program that Allen and the rotarians run allows people to sponsor a childs education, paying for the school books, uniforms, pens, pencils, school bags and so on. It allows the kids to attend school at no expense to the parents and gain an education, these are the things of which the balinese desperatley need.
So what if the sponsors want to give more to the kids than just an education? The sponsors are stimulating the growth of the economy by being in Bali, there are onlys so many meals and massages one can have. If they want to give more then so be it let them give more.
