I would be very reluctant to use any sort of cream prior to a tattoo. My sister had her eyes tattooed in Perth and she had to go back 3 times and in the end she now only has one eye tattooed! She had them done to save her time putting on eyeliner every day but now she has to or she looks weird with only one done! LOL The beautician said the reason it did not work was because my sister used a really good moisturiser and it repelled the ink.
