they are not ready as yet but very close. Still waiting on regulatory approval - could be a matter of days.
Will be interesting to see what sort of pricing they come up with and how Garuda will respond. Hopefully the first response will be to drop the evening flights to Jakarta and give them back to Bali so more from Perth can get there.
Other news for Brisbane paasengers struggling to get to Bali... New Schedule from another national Carries - Can't tell yet - kiiling me - about to be released. Will be on the FM stations so keep ears open. They are wiaitng on delivery of a new plane so they can spare one twice a week to Bali. Launch deals look set to be sensational.
Flights for this are set for December 1. While I am happy for Bali and Brisabne I'll be in Dubai so will possibly miss the whole launch hooplah. I hope the plane is late so I can be back to here for it all.
