Has anyone purchased good quality mask snorkel and flippers in bali? Is it good value or no different to Australia?
Can anyone suggest a company with some good beginner dives and professional instuctors? I did a PADI course a number of years ago and hold Open Water certificate but need a refresher course before I attempt to dive again. Any suggestions appreciated?
I don't want a cornflake packet dive license - if I can't get competent instruction in Bali I will do my refresher course in Perth.
