Joining GFF

Several months ago I joined the Garuda FF programe online but Ive never heard anything further. When I try and login at the website it takes my details but then says "Account has not been activated.
Please activate first or contact call center agent for more information." So I tried phoning the local office (Auckland) and the woman was going to get back to me - no reply - so then last week I faxed a letter - still no reply! We now leave in 23 days and Id really like to get this sorted.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or any suggestions?
