Flying will cost you between 350,000 to 400,000 each way, depending on airline.
The fast boat service will cost you between 550,000 to 790,000 each way, depending which one you go with. Have heard if its not perfect weather, its not a very pleasant trip, although if you luck out and its beautiful, the views are meant to be worth it. Takes 2-2.5 hours.
I'm flying over next tuesday (only takes 20-25 mins). Do a google search for gili paradise, and it gives you a travel agent in kuta, (thats who I booked with), all prices are on there.
