you are comfortable with your summing up of the situation.What your summing up actually means is that the poor elderly,disabled and young will just die quicker.
There is no work or money for these people, there is no welfare system. If you can't work because you are elderly or crippled in Asia and in many European countries begging is the only option to stay alive.
