lovely green rice paddies in Bali, from what I've been told, as they bring them in at different times all around the island. If they haven't been harvested, then in my opinion the best rice paddies are in Belimbing in the Tabanan district, and there's a lovely restaurant in the village that overlooks some of these paddies. We have some wonderful photos from there. Or you can just hire a car for the day and head uphill & you'll find some lovely places for photos for sure - it's actually hard to avoid beautiful rice paddy vistas in Bali! Cheers, Sue.
