Rice Paddies

Unusual question, but... does anyone know if the rice paddies are still brilliant green or have they been cultivated already?

Also, I've seen some amazing photos of terraced paddies in Bali but can't figure where they are are. I believe Ubud is the best place to see them. Is that correct?
