All true. Candi Dasa is a 2-3 day place. You can go to Tirtangangga from there and Klung Kung and Amlapura, then you're done.
There's a lot to do IN ubud - cooking lessons if you like, bird walk, artists studios. The best thing is just to wander round and LOOK. And stop and eat and drink.
