I too returned in April with the same symptons!!! put up with it for a few days, then the 39c tempt started, too sick to get to Doctors so had to get him out, he said it was more then likely a bacterial infection, gave me really strong antibiotics, took a few days to kick it. I'm back to Bali in 17 days, really hoping I don't get it again. Fingers crossed. Hope your sons improves!!
