I didn't call anybody a Kuta Cowboy. It makes no difference to me I was simply amused by the cultural difference. It doesn't matter to me what other people think of my relationships - obviously it does to some.
In regards to the two tiered marketing - I was inquiring as to whether the lower price was available to me. What's wrong with that? It's the way things are done.
