My husband and 4 children went on a family holiday to Bali in July, had a ball. Through my sister-in law we met a guy called Alex who took us everywhere, organied everything for us, took us places to get better deals on shopping etc. He was wonderful. Before we left he was helping me organise some hats to be made up for me (with a company logo on them) we didn't get the hats before we left as they were not ready, I gave him the money for them and also money for postage for him to send them to us. We heard from him a few weeks ago, after I messaged him to see where they were as he said they would be ready in a week, he said he got the hats but was not happy with them and would
return them and give me my money back. I have messaged and messaged him with no reply, i have even tried calling him but get no answer.
I fear he is ignoring me and just keeping our money, which would be quiet a substantial amount for him. we trusted him so much and now I am left feeling silly for trusting him and also very disappointed, I
will not be so trusting on our next visit that's for sure!
