Along this beach strip are many popular restaurants & a few clubs.
The beach and this strip are quite busy with locals and tourists.

Jln Double 6 is also a pretty busy street full of sarong, silver,swimwear, dvd shops etc

There is also a few warungs in this street & Blue Star Cafe which is open 24 hrs.

Vill Coco is down a gang (lane) off Double 6.

I like the Double 6 area & have rented a bungalow in this area for the last 18 months.
Be aware though at times can be noisy at night with thumping music from the clubs until 6am, noisy neighbours & fireworks etc on the beach (depending how close you are)

There are also many restaurants close by/within walking distance around the Legian area.

The price range you have given up to 150 could possibly get you something like a villa in that area.
Besides the budget you have listed what other requirements do you have re accommodation?

There are many options in that area from hotel to bungalow to villa
