Have used Atm's on regular basis in Bali ever since they put the machines in place!! Rate always on par with street rate however there is the atm charges from your bank as well as the charge from the BCA atm. The max. withdrawal in one transaction is 2,500,000rp and you can do this twice per day making 5 mil rp! This is the reason to use the 100,000rp atm and not the 50,000rp machines! Definitely pay visa VOA at airport in US $$.
