I am leaving on saturday for 2 weeks in Bali with my wife and 2 children (6 & 4). it is the kids second trip and they absolutely love the place. Many of our friends think we are mad but we dont care. we do not want to put our kids in harms way but at the same time dont want to live in fear.
I agree with Kim's comments about nowhere being safe anymore.
I work at 15 William St and last Monday was looking at my office window at a dead body in pool of blood. He tried to help a woman in distress and was murdered. I only have to walk out of the office building to find terrorism.
Give me Bali anyday.
