internet bookings....any problems?

We are thinking of using net to book flights and accom. for Sept in Bali
Has anyone experienced any problems with this, feel nervous using card but seems to be a lot cheaper..by about $400 per person. Thinking of using Precision Reservations. Would love any feedback..Thanks in advance
