It will depend on the purpose of your trip as to whether you will be able to get a longer visa.
You should look into a Social Budaya (Social Visa), but you will need a sponsor from Indonesia, including a letter from the sponsor etc.
Otherwise all you can do is go in on an extended tourist visa (which you will need to organise before you go), exit at 60 days, then come back in and get a voa for 30 days.
The consulate in Perth are able to tell you your options. Give them a call. They were quite helpful to me when I organised my first social visa, gave me a sample letter etc (which is in Bahasa Indonesia) that my sponsor had to write, told what else I needed - photos etc.
