is a 60 day visa which can be extended for 4 x 30 days in Bali (Ngurah Rai office immigration) but you do need a sponsor, a copy of their KTP and a letter from them for each application. Assuming you have a Indonesian sponsor you can apply multiple times. I get a new visa every 5-6 months and have had no problem getting a new visa each time (in fact I am presently waiting for Sunday so I can get out of this cold and back "home" for the next 6 months).
