Can anyone helps us with what to choose?

We have the following choices and comments welcome about them:-

Legian Beach Hotel
Bali Mandira
Grand Istana Rama Hotel

Are they family hotels? or more orientated towards couples?
We are middle aged and no kids travelling.
Value for money?
Noisy or reasonably relaxed?
