I liked Cara also but since they have moved everything to Sydney I have always ask for a woman named Shirlene she is very good and I have not had any problems with her. When I send the deposit or final payment I just telephone her the next day and if she tells me she received it, thats good enough for me. When I send the final payment I telephone her and arrange a day for the tickets to be sent. She has never let me down.
